Google Auto Update PR When Dropped or Deleted PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 30 October 2008
grsI noticed that dropped or rather deleted domains with PR recently lost its rank immediately after it was dropped by the registrar. In the past, normally this would only happen when Google performs their quarterly PR update.

There are so many free sites out there which distribute a list of dropped domains with PR – I’m having a hunch that Google has ‘append itself’ or rather placed their ‘all seeing eye’ onto this list whereby once the registrar have deleted the domain, Google steps in to remove its PR.

I’m seeing a worldwide drop in the number of deleted domains that has PR – the resources is being drained to the point that .EU domain is the dominant domain extension that has more PR than .COM domains.
