We all know that Samsung and Apple entered into a bitter spat in court, in which Apple is suing Samsung for allegedly copying their iPhone and iPad designs. And just recently, the Australian court has unanimously ruled that Samsung has every right to market and sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the Australian market, which signifies a huge blow to Apple, since they have applied for a court ruling that would ban the sale of the tablet in the Australian region.
And with Samsung being victorious in its preliminary courtroom battle, the company has taken a swipe at Apple through the media. Samsung has just recently published an advertisement on the Galaxy Tab 10.1, and they clearly mentioned that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was ‘the tablet Apple tried to stop’. Perhaps the advertisement was designed to leave a huge bruise on Apple’s ego?
