The TV service is downright brutal, whereby the market is utterly competitive that TV service providers are trying their level best to revolutionize ways to distribute media to consumers. Nevertheless, Motorola did a survey recently which uncovers that Americans are still largely paying for TV service in their region.
The findings showed that 86 percent of Americans are currently being subscribed to a pay TV provider, while another 6 percent are watching video and TV programs through the internet. Other interesting facts that were unveiled by the research shows that 75 percent of viewers own or planning to own a HDTV in 18 months, while only a mere 4 percent currently owns 3D TVs. Surely, these data are pretty astounding, as it gives electronic manufacturers a direction on what to focus for the future.
