I’m pretty sure most of us are victims of badly designed or badly coded smartphone apps, and often, these apps bring so much agony that somehow I find it rather mind-boggling. Often, we can leave a bad rating and comment/review on the developer’s app storefront, so that either the app developer buck up, or other users would leave similar comments to warn other unsuspecting mobile app users.

Nevertheless, this form of comment or rather review has always been one-sided, whereby the user has the ultimate power to leave such notes at the app page. However, it looks like Microsoft is now slowly allowing developers to respond to app store critics. Luckily, the developer won’t get access to your personal details, and as an app user, you can even report them for poor conduct too.
