Facebook and Yahoo! Friends Again, Agree to Patent Cross-license |

When you are an industrial juggernaut, it’s very likely to get sued for various flimsy reasons, and patents are one of the main reasons for being sued. Well, Facebook and Yahoo! Entered into a bitter legal dispute recently, whereby the companies are claiming that either party has infringed their advertising and social networking patents.
Of course, such legal battles would take years to settle, as one of the companies might resort into opting for the delay tactic. But it seems that things have worked out for the better, whereby Facebook and Yahoo has reached an agreement, whereby they will opt for a patent cross-license, and they even progressed further through an ad sales partnership too. Surely, this would definitely give Google a big run for their money, don’t you think?
