Acer First Touchscreen Chromebook Arrives Next Month for $299 |

Chromebooks are gaining traction over the past couple of months, and it looks like PC manufacturers are dead serious in hopping onto the Chromebook bandwagon. And one of the largest PC makers in the world, Acer, has just unveiled yet another Chromebook, which is due to arrive next month, and one of the best selling point of their PC is the low purchase price – you can get one for just $299!
Of course, judging by the fact that it’s priced very affordably, you’ll have to sacrifice on the onboard hardware. The Acer C720P is powered by an Intel Celeron 2955U processor, and it also has 32GB SSD and 2GB DDR3 RAM. It weighs only at 2.98 pounds, and measures 0.78 inch thick. The respective Chromebook will be available for purchase on Amazon, Best Buy and the Acer store.
