Making Money On SponsoredReviews.com: Pros and Cons and How Much I Made So Far PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 27 July 2007
SponsoredReviewsSponsored posts have been my primary source of income. I’ve been participating on various paid blogging opportunities out there and I can say that it’s a good source of income. Of course there are pros and cons on each paid blogging program but I particularly enjoy participating in SponsoredReviews.com.

What I like about SponsoredReviews:

1. You can bid for the amount to get paid for the blog post that wrote. I’ve successfully obtained $100 or rather $65 for my cut for a 50 word post. Unlike PayPerPost, you can only accept offers from advertisers where you can’t negotiate your desired price.
2. There are always fresh opportunities appearing in their list everyday.
3. Advertisers can request you to blog about their site by suggesting a price to you.
4. Your posts are auto approved after meeting all the criteria and money is credited instantly into your SponsoredReviews cumulative earnings. Furthermore payment is made twice a month.
5. You can place a bid and make a counter bid (offer) to negotiate the desired price with an advertiser.

I’ve made over 300++ bids on SponsoredReviews. Here's a breakdown:

1. 160+ pending advertiser’s approval
2. Completed 40+ reviews for advertisers
3. 200+ bids were rejected
4. 20+ bids expired

So how much I made from SponsoredReviews? Not as much as top bloggers or probloggers but a couple of hundred of dollars. Here’s a chart of my earnings:

SponsoredReviews Earnings

My top income was credited into my account middle of this month which was $150++. Hopefully more advertisers will accept my bids :)

The only con that I can think about this money making opportunity is that not all advertisers will accept your bids and you will need to at least increase the frequency of your posts in order to get more advertisers accepting your bids.

Read my previous post on an insider’s guide to SponsoredReviews here and here’s my earliest review on SponsoredReviews.

Cheers!
