 My parents have been involved in real estate for many years now. There is in fact a rule of a thumb for getting involved in real estate. You will need to see which developer is involved in developing the housing area. Always get a trustable house developer which won’t embezzle your money. Secondly, choose the right housing area which has the proper facilities. Third, if you are buying house which is pretty old, make sure that you do a quick survey around the housing area. Housing areas which has a high rate of house renovation or modifications will be a good housing area.
