Apple iPhone users must already know that their smartphones have problems with the signal reception. In fact, whenever you place your hand in specific spots on the iPhone, you’d notice that the signal would be disrupted which results in dropping your calls. Nevertheless, I believe that Apple is radically searching for ways to address this problem, and with their latest plans to patent their ‘logo antenna’, I’m sure future iPhones and iPads would incorporate such technology.
Generally, the patent shows that the antenna would be embedded on the external of the phone, simply by hiding behind the logo. Surely, placing the antenna at the logo would definitely mean better reception, as the antenna is located outside, and such circumstances also help save space inside the phone too.
