Some people think he’s just a scam, while others think of him of an opportunist who doesn’t let any opportunity get pass him. I on the other hand, think of him as one of the greatest business gurus – he’s seen it and has done it and is currently one of the richest and well known people on earth, so what more can you ask of?
I’ve learned so many lessons from his well known TV reality series – The Apprentice. Some of my business practices are also based on him.

 I’m currently remodeling my home and I noticed that a home won’t be exclusive or elegant without proper lighting. I’ve already allocated several thousand dollars to purchase lighting for my home. It’s a hefty price but I’m sure that it would be well spent. After all, it’s my dream home and I’m readying it for my future family.
Family = Priceless!

 I’m trying to diversity my online income into directories. I know a friend of mine who made thousands every month via his directories and that all he needs to do is to approve links and maintain it – talking about fast and easy money.

 There are so many pinging services out there that could do the job perfectly – I used to manually ping my blogs on each sites such as Technorati, Feedburner, Weblogs.com, Bloglines and many more.
It’s really easy to ping your blog these days – all you need to do is place your URL to ping and the system would automatically ping your blog and check for updates.
Why you must ping your blogs?
1. Gain more exposure
2. More crawlers would come to your site
3. More traffic
However, I need to caution you that there are automated systems that might crawl your site and spam it – remember to include Akismet system to avoid this.

 I love online banking – it saves my time from running around between banks to manage my money. Imagine this, I have to repay my car loan from bank number 1, my credit card debts at bank number 2 and my housing loan in another bank. Just finding a parking outside the bank is a huge hassle – this is where online banking kicks in.

 I found another paid blogging opportunity called BuyBlogReviews.com. And best of all, there have a total of 70+ advertisers currently actively seeking bloggers for paid blogging opportunities in their database already!
Well, I have submitted DotMySpot.com into their database and I only need to wait a day or two for them to approve it.

 I know what it feels like to be encumbered by a truckload of debts around your waist as I used to pay my loan obligations to various financial institutions.
